Kîku̹be Mu̹mà was founded durring the late 9th century, by Tarad Tsèdo. The establishment of Kîku̹be Mu̹mà suffered from several major issues, resulting in the need to develop many solutions to basic problems. Problems such as a lack of fresh water, logistical support, poor quality tools, and the odd monster or two. Howeaver, these were overcome in time.
Kîku̹be Mu̹mà was built using the conventions of Wareneese durring the late 9th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Kîku̹be Mu̹mà is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature masoned stone construction which prominantly features pointed arches, pointed ribbed vault cielings, flying buttress', and window tracery all of which share a simmilar gemoetetic patern halfway between organic and inorganic in design formaing a very distinct aesthetically integrated style. BUildings tend to reach for the havens, and more expencive homes are easily identified by their floor count as well as the addition of decorative features intigrated into the building's design such as statues, gargoyals, and embelished joinery.
Kîku̹be Mu̹mà is buildings are arranged arround a network of spacious paverstone streets which form a grid, where each square verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller square has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town lacks any defencive features, though certainly constructing even a simple fence or digging a ditch is at the forefront of the 's mind. At least, one would hope so.
Your first impression of Kîku̹be Mu̹mà proves to be right on the money. This town is where the rebels chose to settle. Fashion trends are quite simply the opposite of what’s popular in the other nearby communities. THis trend extends everywhere. Things that should be black are white, what would normally be square is organically curved, and what is typically unthinkable for polite society is more than welcome in this public square. Up to the logical limits, of course. There’s no flaying someone alive to eat their skin going on, but the women are dressed a little immodestly, the men are a little more emotional, and the food is all overly complex and terrible.

Kîku̹be Mu̹mà possesses a Galvanic Power Grid, which brings galvanic current to most if not all buildings in town, and permits a great many consumer goods to function within the Town. Kîku̹be Mu̹mà's grid is powered by a direct leyline tap.
Kîku̹be Mu̹mà possesses an older civil lighting system consisting of street lamps. In spite of the Galvanic Grid, these lights continue to use their old fule sources to provide nighttime illumination to all city streets.
Kîku̹be Mu̹mà has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.
Kîku̹be Mu̹mà has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Cultural Notes
Kîku̹be Mu̹mà's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used makes use of a large oblong hall or building with double colonnades and a semicircular apse and symmetrical central-plan, resulting in buildings with a square central mass and four arms of equal length. Decorative features included domed rooves, arches, soaring spaces, and sumptuous decoration: marble columns and inlay, mosaics on the vaults, inlaid-stone pavements, and sometimes gold coffered ceilings.
In Kîku̹be Mu̹mà during thunderstorms, with each flash of lightning, everyone sees different monsters from the corner of their eyes.
The Witchcrow near Kîku̹be Mu̹mà are known to be quite timid.
Kîku̹be Mu̹mà's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in autumn and involves orgies to channel Summoning energies of tier 2 via singing.

Due to a magical anomaly, Kîku̹be Mu̹mà is directly accessible from a nearby river, despite the lack of a physical connection between the town's pond and the river.
POI
History
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century, Kîku̹be Mu̹mà was attacked by soldiers from another nation, waging a greater campaign. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Kîku̹be Mu̹mà lost 105 people, 367 livestock, and 46 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 98, when members of Kîku̹be Mu̹mà's militia enacted an operation to break a siege of a particular strategic location. The operation was complicated by a key segment of the operation that deepened entirely on a stealth mission going perfectly. The conflict ended with pitched battle between both forces, which ended in defeat for Kîku̹be Mu̹mà's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Kîku̹be Mu̹mà's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
